We evaluate and enhance the feasibility of implementation of Sexual Harassment Law specially to check the compliance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.
Prohibition
We at POSH In Action help and assist organization in defining their sexual harassment policies, prevention systems, procedures, and service rules for its employees to ensure that sexual harassment is prohibited in every workplace situation. We also conduct Employees Sensitization Programs that leads to a deeper understanding of the consequences of sexual harassment at work environment and towards creating safe culture and environment at workplace for all.
Redressal
We at POSH In Action help and assists organizations in having a robust redressal mechanism in place for sexual harassment at the workplace. We provide competent professionals that can serve as external member on the Internal Committee (IC) formed within the organization to ensure impartiality and objectivity in handling complaints related to sexual harassment. We also assist in providing a fair redressal for complaints of Sexual Harassment at the Workplace.
Attention Employees
Employees are responsible for taking reasonable care of their own health and safety while at work, and not negatively impacting the health and safety of others. This includes not sexually harassing others and following reasonable instructions from their employer.
