As per the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 it is mandatory for the Internal Committee to file an annual report with the District Officer.

The annual report under PoSH Act must provide information on the number and type of complaints received and dealt with by the committee on sexual harassment, as well as the action taken in response to such complaints.

Please note that the Annual Report template has not been provided by the Law, however, the template has been circulated by the District Officer of every City.

The Board in its Annual Report must also include a declaration that the Company has complied with provisions of Posh Act and rules made thereunder.
