INTERNAL COMMITTEE (IC) TRAININGS
It is significant for the members of Internal committee to be well versed with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 and the practical aspects of dealing with workplace sexual harassment complaints.
In our training sessions we educate IC members on the complex procedures and help them develop an unbiased attitude to inquire complaints / cases of sexual harassment. We help them build a technical competency to handle grievance procedures.
The trainings are designed in a manner to sensitize IC members on the nuances of the POSH Act and investigation formalities.
